Activity Reason Text :	June 19 - 2013 - Well sealed - witnessed by Whiteside Co HD 01/04/2013: Brett emailed TCR site plan with wells inactive. JL OOS APRIL2011 & MAY2011 (05/16/2011 - Frank DeHaan - this well is shut off electrically; he pumps it to waste to get a special sample) Still OOS MARCH2011 - collecting SP samples, but didn't get one in March (04/14/2011 - Franklin DeHaan) OOS Indefinitely 12/16/2010: Riverside disconnected well 3 11105 from the system for pump testing / temporary packer to try to isolate nitrate bearing portion of the well. (TP03) He noted they had VOC or SOC¿s due in Dec 2010. A permit to install a permanent packer will be obtained if the test pumping shows adequate reduction in nitrates. Riverside is under a VN to address nitrates. 04/30/2010: It¿s used only in an emergency, if the main well fails. Public notice and reminder stickers were given to residents. Riverside Est is working to connect to Rock Falls, hopefully by late 2010. 09/15/2009: Brett changed availability from Permanent to Emergency. A high nitrate result was received today from TP03. System already has VN for Nitrate MCL 01/26/2010 - Well 3 back to active. PN for nitrates issued prior to activating well 3. Riverside will wait for VN to submit complinace commitment agreement.
